House #4: Two-tiered deck
It's interesting times. New rules for showings include no kids inside and the recommendation to wear gloves. And we weren't the only ones out. The housing market is still hopping. We were early and saw two other couples view the house before us and another heading in right after we were done. So... This one is actually priced above what we were looking at, but the trade-off for that is a tiny bit more space than what we'd been seeing. 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, ~1500 sq ft It needs some updates, but doesn't seem like anything major.
